I am trying to go for the following 7.1 set up in my great room. This is the Speakercraft top of the line speakers. Anyone has experience with these speakers and recommend it.

AIM LCR 5 in wall - Center. Can be installed vertically or horizontally

AIM Cinema - Left and right

AIM 7 Five - 4 inceiling speakers for side and rear surrounds

I am also thinking of Paradigm ASM series, but I am getting a great deal from Best Buy. Let me know.

In-wall speakers are much better with back box enclosures.

The LCR-5 seems on paper to be a little weak on the power handling compared to the AIM Cinema, so I wonder if you cranked it would the center distort more?

Also look at Triad In-Wall and In-Ceiling.

Also consider the DefTech UIW series... I've been very happy with the RCS ii and RSS ii... Have heard very good feedback on the in-wall LCRs as well. And of course the Triads if you can budget them.
