I have this set of speakers.. 2 RF-62II Towers 1 RC-62 II Center 2 RS-52 II Surrounds, BIC Acoustech PL-200 x 2, Harman Kardon AVR 3700 7.2 AV Receiver. i usually listen to black metal music and i am looking for a better way to get the best sound quality from this set.. also wondering if it is a good idea to add two more towers for better voice clarity. my room is approximately 24x36.. any ideas will be really helpful.

What about your current sound do you find lacking? That is a very large room, how far away do you sit?

Add two more towers- where? Replace the surrounds? If so when running in 5 channel "stereo" it would help.

If you like the klipsch sound the only real upgrades would be to go to the RF7II or the Heritage line. In a room that size a pair of Klipschhorns would be pretty awesome.

Music is being played through your front speakers, so adding towers elsewhere doesn't help you. Your receiver has pre-outs, so you could buy a discrete amp and give the front speakers more power since you are in a big space.

the receiver i have, still have space for 2 other speakers ( avr 3700 H/k) . so if i add two other towers i will place them rig in the middle of the room or maybe two spear that produce a lot of voice ,

The thing is, music is played in stereo, meaning your front L and R speakers are the only ones working. Unless you switch to all-channel stereo mode or have mutli-channel audio like SACD or DVDA, then the rest of your speakers don't effect music. So adding two more speakers to make it 7.1 is not going to change how music sounds. You could upgrade the front speakers to the RF-82 II, and then move your current fronts to the back for surround, but just adding another pair of surrounds is a waste. Those Klipsch will play loud, so if you are running out of juice on your receiver, you might need to add an external amp.

I would do that first. Or when you play music just use the towers in stereo as you reciever looses a bunch power when running in all 5 channels

How are your speakers setup? Are you running a crossover for all of them? Running your towers in full range? If so, what?
