Someone locally has a set of B&W 603 S3 floorstanding speakers that have some damage. Both of the woofers AND tweeters have been dented by small children. The replacement parts are about $375ish when I go to the B&W parts catalog.

It seems relatively straightforward to just remove the existing cones and put the new ones in. The cabinets and grilles themselves are in good shape. What's a reasonable offer to make? Or am I better not even dealing with this?
