I have purchased a pair of used 602's with one diapraghm pretty much busted and the other one pushed in but still working and i was looking to just purchase the diaphramgs at £51 a pair instead of the whole tweeter at £90 a pair.

I want to replace these myself and was wondering how easy a job it owuld be and what tools for example a soldering iron i would need.
or if there are any sites where i can find instructions?

can anyone help me please. thanks in advance biggrin.gif:D:D

I replaced a tweeter in DM601s one time. The speaker leads were clip on.

Replace the whole tweeter.

You obviously do not have the expertise to do the job, or you wouldn't have to ask the question.

Swapping diaphragms tends to be a fairly simple affair. If you can't find anything on line for that specific tweeter disassemble the broken unit to see how the parts go together, and if it's easily reassembled give it a try with a new diaphragm.
