Need some comforting advice about length.....

Dear Sirs
I m at the verge of getting into a shiny new 9.2 setup. Powered by that delicious Yam rx 2030. And pana 500 bluray. And a gorgeous kill bill vol 1 and 2, in fact all them Q T movies of last decade.

Two new pair of Greek gods will soon became part of my hometh:
- a pair of Image b5
- ditto, except a tad less, the Psb image b4

Bought a 20 meter reel of Andersson ofc sp. cable. 1.5 m2. The nearest we get monoprice ones in Norway.

A. I need seventeen and elleven meters for my back rear speakers. Ok to cut that 20 m reel into unequal pieces ?
The left overs, 3 and 9, will be used for them presence speakers

B. Should I put the lesser B4 as rear, then use B5 as presence? The Grand mama of our home, never fancy them big black boxes, maybe should I give in for that just have the tiny B4 as presence?

C. The ypao I sure will help me putting all this in a Elysium sound sounding order. Or do you have any tricks on this 9.2 setup?

D. My 5.2 at present is indeed perfect balanced. Lovely lively to enjoy hot summer nights inside of !

Thank you all,
Greetings from Norway!

Benq pj, Yam 2030, Pana 500, sony 5100, psb t6, imagine center and mini as surrounds, two gigantic svs 12" subs. 60 m2 living room.

My understanding is that uneven lengths of speaker wire should not make any difference.

Sorry I haven't heard those speakers and so I don't have any advice to offer you on that topic.
