I am dense: How do I remove this mount?

I want to mount these on the wall... Cannot figure out how to detach the mount from the speaker (the screws cannot be screwed into wall while mount is attached to speaker...)...

Help a brother out... LOL...

There is a long hex tool needed. You need a 6mm by at least 4" long.
It enters from the front the speaker through a hole in the grill which is located behind the logo.
It loosens until the ball on the bracket lets go.

And by the way, HOLLY MOLLY that is a nice set-up you got!
Nice finish to the room and lots of electronics
