infinity primus p363 question

I see infinity p363 is in stock and on sale on amazon for 107 each. I currently have klipsch f-30 front tower speakers and am looking for 2 surround speakers and was wondering if the infinity primus p363 would be a viable option for my surround speakers? They handle alot of power and IV been told for the money their hard to beat. I know that klipsch is a horn speaker so I'm not entirely sure if the system would blend well.

It isn't as critical for surrounds to match, but you don't want to mix different speakers in the front stage. I think Infinitys would make good surrounds, depending on the circumstances. Many surround setups benefit from being elevated, especially if you have high backed seating. If you don't, I think ear level tower speakers can work as surrounds.

Since you are using them a surrounds, it looks like it wouldn't matter how they sound in stereo mode. For the best two channel music playback, just use the front two, with subs maybe. Anyway, the p363 are overkill for surrounds, but since they are so cheap, there is no reason not to try it to see if it works for you. At the present prices its almost disposable, so its definitely worth a try, in my opinion. Shipping them is probably more expensive then the speakers themselves.
