Correct Speaker position for M&K S300 Series

I have a space in living room that is limited, and instead of getting a "60" inch screen i want to put there a 65 or 75 inch screen. Or a 60 inch screen and an automatic screen for the times i wish projection, but for that i need space for the speakers.

On the photo attached the right, left and center channels are above the screen, this was an option for me, but will i loose anything, specially using M&K S300 Series?

Also want to install Dolby Atmos and Auro 3D, should i use "S300 TRIPOLE" on the ceiling?

I don't have space for side speakers, so the ceiling will have 4 speakers and make a 7.1 or 7.2 configuration, haven't decided it i should use 1x X12 Sub or 2x X12.
