Energy V-mini vs Teac LS-H265 - is it an upgrade?

I have the option to sell my frontstage Energy V-mini and get 3 pairs of Teac LS-H265. The Teac's seem to be getting positive reviews, i'm wondering if it would be an upgrade against my vminis. I cant find any FR graphs anywhere but the Veritas v6.3 seem to be pretty neutral and i would think the minis would have the same signature.

Teacs are just straight up bigger with 5.25" woofers and a bigger cabinet at 7” x 11” x 10" vs the Vminis have a 4" woofer and 4.5" x 7.5" x 5.5" cab - so i wonder if the Teac's have a "fuller" sound, or that the vminis would sound thin/hollow comparatively.

But the vminis sell retail at around $230 each while the teacs for $150ish a pair.

Ill end up with 6 teacs for my 3 vminis (one being a center)

Not a good idea?

I dont consider this a upgrade ,they may have different characteristics in sound , you will only know which one sound better by auditioning the speakers.

Panasonic 65VT60 / Marantz SR7005 / Marantz UD7007 /2 PSA XS30 /Revel Performa3 F206 / Revel Performa3 C205 / Revel Surrounds/Sonos Connect/ Roku 3 / Amazon Fire tv / Xbox One / HTPC / Darbee 5000 /Sonos for bedrooms,kitchen,bathroom/Master bedroom Sonos sound bar/Sonos sub and Sonos surrounds.

I think horrible idea to go from the Energies to Teac. Bigger woofer size doesn't mean much in this comparison. If you want a true upgrade, consider Energy RC-10s, Kef Q300s, or something of the like.

What is your total budget? Do you have to get 5/6 speakers? Do you prefer quantity over quality?
