I think you should take a bit of a different approach, though you have a list of very good speakers.
First,
Requirements, Preferences, Priorities, and
Circumstances. These are the guiding factors.
What is it you are trying to achieve?
What is the size of your room?
Is there any shape, style, or finish that is critical to your decision?
How big can you realistically handle?
And other similar factors. Then seek out the speakers that meet those priorities.
Though much harder to find, the Focal 900 Series are stunningly clear speakers. Perhaps a bit less warm than the B&W CM, but very crisp, clear and present speakers. And they are right in your price range -
Focal Aria 936, 3x 6.5" - $4000/pr -

Focal Aria 948, 2x8" - $5000/pr -

While these next speaker are being advertised heavily in the USA, there are few dealers, but these, by all accounts, are stunning speakers -
Link are for photos only. The links and prices are to UK websites. Though if you live in Texas, you might be able to audition them from the Distributor.

Dali Rubicon 8 -

Still, the Dali are probably too hard to come by.
I've only heard one pair of Dynaudio speaker, tiny bookshelf, and the sound stage was HUGE, great bass too.
Dynaudio Excite X38 - $4,500/pr -

But you could step up one model line in the Dynaudio to the
Focus, and still be in the working price range -
Dynaudio Focus 260, 32hz at -3db, 170mm bass drivers (6.7") - $4,900/pr -

On the low end, I heard the
Martin Logan Motion 40 right after auditioning the B&W CM (same room, same amp) and I was very impress with them for $1000 each. That make me think that the
Motion 60XT would be a fantastic speaker for the money, which is about $1500 each.
In my estimation, the
Martin Logan Motion 60XT is a very worthy speaker for the money. Clear smooth stress free Mid/High, and very good bass response. They are most certainly worth a look and listen.
Martin Logan Motion 60XT, 2x8" - $1599 in Cherry -

I know the
Golden Ear speakers have won all kinds of awards and critical acclaim. Though, the style doesn't quite do it for me. Still, few can deny that these are good speakers, but I think of them more as Home Cinema speaker. But, even I admit that reflects more my prejudice than reality.
The same is true of Revel, few ever would or ever could question the quality of these speakers. But ... are the right for you? That's the question that need to be answer.
In another recent speaker, Bryston has two new speakers, both very close to your price range. The smaller Bryston floorstanding recently received a very positive review in the current issue of Stereophile magazine.
This is the speaker that was reviewed in Stereophile -
Bryston Middle T, 33hz @ -3db - $2,700 each -

Also -
Bryston A2, 31hz @ -3db - $1395 each -

Bryston A3, 40hz @ -3db - 1195 each -

But again, not a real common speakers, so an audition is probably out of the question.
If you can find them these Monitor Audio Gold speakers are worth a look -
Monitor Audio Gold GX 200 - $2250 each -

Monitor Audio Gold GX 300 - $4600/pair -

I think you need to focus on these factors -
Requirements, Preferences, Priorities, and Circumstances
You need to narrow down what specifically fits your needs and your circumstances. There are hundreds of good speakers, but not all of them fit your priorities.
