Bose 6.5" possible t-line mids or subwoofer?

I have the door speakers out of an 02 RSX laying around in my shop and I'm wondering if I should even spend the time building anything out of them. I am however in the market for some decent computer speakers and I'm looking at bookshelf speakers or DIY T-Lines.
Today I was thinking maybe instead of using the god awful looking drivers for my mids, why not combine the 4 into a subwoofer. Then I can get some other drivers for full range.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Also, I have a few odd 12" subwoofers laying around, but if the 6.5"s could do a decent job together I can make the box fit into a flatter package.
