How to calculate the -3db frequency from manufacturer -10db?

For both 12db/octave and 24db/octave?
I tried myself and it looks like about 1 octave higher for 12db/octave roll off but not sure if it is even remotely correct or not.
Any definitive formulas?
Thank you.
