I'm finishing up a remodel of our living room and hopefully will be ready to start purchasing HT components soon.
I am starting from scratch and have no existing equipment.
I have decided to go with a Dolby Atmos 5.2.2 or 5.1.2 setup. (Haven't decided on getting 1 or 2 subs yet).
This will be used for 90-95% HT.
I haven't purchased anything yet but have picked out the following components so far. If you think I should go another direction with anything, please let me know.
TV: Vizio M70-D3
Receiver: Denon AVR-X3300W
Atmos Speakers: RSL C34E In-Ceiling Speakers (Though I'm starting to think a surface mount speaker might be a better decision if I ever need to move things around. Thoughts?)
Subwoofers: Still researching but leaning toward the SVS PB-2000 or Seaton MFW-15 Turbo SS.
That leaves me with the 5.0 speakers to pick out and where I would like to get some recommendations or suggestions.
My budget is around $1,500 for all 5 speakers.
The front bookshelf speakers have to fit on a 9.5x17.5 inch platform.
The front stage of speakers will be close to the wall.
I'd like the surround speakers to be able to sit on some speaker stands.
I'm sensitive to overly bright/sharp tweeters and a little numb to whatever frequency/speaker that produces the dialogue. So speakers with soft tweeters and strong dialogue reproduction would be great for my tastes.
Here is my entertainment center and room shape.
Thank you ahead of time for the help. And if you need any more info from me please let me know!
