Hello
for 90% movies
I liked the paradigm monitor 9 (and the 11 with the great bass)
how is the Klipsch RP-260F compare to paradigm monitor 9?
I will go to listen to the Klipsch too. Amazon have very good price for it
but is it in the same line as the monitor 9?
It depends on your needs and your room. Speakers sound different in different rooms. These are different type of speakers and which will sound best in your room is tough to predict. The Klipsch will probably play louder. In general I would be more inclined to go Paradigm without knowing your room and if the Paradigm plays loud enough for your needs. For most they both play plenty loud and loudness is not an issue with either one. If not using a sub the Klipsch goes lower but if using a sub this is moot.
The room is about 6x5 Meter
I don't need very loud as I want the sound quality
if the deference is not very big I might go with the Klipsch because the price
The RP-260F for 1,100$
The Monitor 9 for 1,820$

If you're after sound quality, a pair of Paradigm prestige 15b would cost the same as the monitor 9's. Add a decent sub or 2 and it would be like having towers. You'd be getting better quality speakers this way.
You really need to listen to both these speakers as they have a different sound quality. It's like asking which pizza is better, NY style pizza or Chicago style... (For the record I say New York style)..
