Ask the Editors: Can I Bi-Amp the Definitive Technology BP9040 Speaker?

Esteban wants to know if he can bi-amp his DefTech BP9040 speakers using the Height inputs, which are intended for a Dolby Atmos upfiring module.

I just learned that Esteban wasn't asking about using the Speaker and Height inputs to bi-amp the BP9040. He was wondering if he could connect the front and surround-assigned-to-front channels from his AVR to the main Speaker input. Yikes! I revised the article accordingly, but suffice to say here, do NOT attempt to do this if you value your speakers!
