It is a little low I used to have it mounted on top but it sounded way better lower and I have about 9 feet so the image disperses nicely

Anyone have an idea where I could find a new or used signature c5 v3 in cherry? I've been searching online and paradigm has checked dealers with no luck. I have the s8 towers and 4 s2 v3 and can't find a matching center. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated immensely.

For sure that's better than above the screen if firing at the same angle.

Like you I can't just raise the whole speaker into the display.

So I've got to angle mine up a bit more. It's tweeter is aimed about in mid chest now.

Just been trying to decide what to raise the front with.
I did a test with random stuff and it helped. But it didn't look good and wasn't stable.

I had to do some work with the rest of the setup that was more pressing.

Maybe a version newer or older?
Not sure what changed with each version but often it's not a big change.

I'm not certain on the differences between versions but I think the v2 is when they started using beryllium tweeter and the v3 has beryllium tweeter and the woofers are different. I'm mostly concerned with the beryllium tweeter and the finish matching. I had considered purchasing the 95f and getting the c55 center for free but was able to demo them and the c55 tweeter sounds different to me and the finishes don't match at all. Also regarding the prestige series, I asked my dealer last week when I demoed the 95f and c55 if he thought a v2 was coming due to the current promo and he thought it was likely

Unless you have a deticated home theater like some users it's all about compromise. I tried to match mine almost Identical to dolby atmos pdf and I am 99 perecent there placement wise. The center is a little low but still sounds like it's coming out of the tv with this setup so I am 100% satisfied.

No doubt. That why I'm raising the front of the center to aim it a little higher.

Seams to matter more with the center than other speakers.

Try raising the front edge and inch or so and compare.

My center sits higher to start but lifting the front edge 1/2" helps with dialog clarity. It sounded great before and I didn't think I'd notice a difference, but I did.

So that's where my goof up happened I measured the wall mount to sit perfectly with the center so they would be no gap. I am not sure if I raise the front it would clear the tv. Actually come to think of it the sanus mount I have let's you adjust and inch up or down, so that might work. Hopefully it's not pre adjusted to the top lol

The 95f with c55 center made the front phasing just sound amazing with no ear fatigue. The 7 v7 floorstanding speakers sounded amazing as my surrounds along with the atoms as my rears and the c160 in the ceiling (4 of them) just worked in harmony. If any one is debating on upgrading just do it worth every penny. Well enough talking here are the pics. Sorry forgot to take one of the ceiling speakers the 160s. The tv is the Sony 940e 75 inch and receiver is an anthem 1120
Excellent! Glad you like it and are satisfied with the results of the not-totally 100% matched speakers. I figured they'd be just fine. Can you detect any timbral differences, or are they pretty darn well integrated??
