The silver 10s put out beautiful sound. I am running them with an anthem 225 amplifier. They fill a 24x24' room with amazing sound so effortlessly.

Audition a set if you are able.

Hi. Any thoughts re Bronze center? Does it hold up well for dialogue, clarity etc? Friend currently has Bronze 5's in a 2.1 setting, thinking of adding a center channel and Bronze surrounds.

hi, potential owner and was wondering if anyone cross shopped the Bronze 6 towers with the PSB Imagine X1T. If so, what swayed you over the PSB's? I really like both speakers and having trouble deciding between the two.

thanks in advance.

I see that the Silver series are running low stock on Crutchfield. Usually that means a change is coming. Is it time for a new generation already?

How do you intend to mount them? I can't see how the normal wall brackets would be able to hold them safely.

I would rather go for 4 Apex A10 for Atmos duty, same price/performance but designed for ceiling mounting and with better flexibility for aiming. Would also look really nice. I would have gone the A10 route if it wasn't for the cost, I got three pairs of BX1s for the price of a single A10.

Also you really don't want to ceiling mounting any surround speakers if you go Atmos.

I found the older bronze center (BR series) to be a little underwhelming, but that may be just due to my expectations and setup.

Don't waste money on bi-wire, it will not improve a thing.

I use Blue Jeans Cable "Ten-White" (bog standard 10AWG cable) and even that is actually overkill.

Thanks. We picked up the Bronze centre and FX after listening to both at the showroom...will set it up for him tonight. Gotta say, on first look, the Centre appears much larger than it seems in photos lol, pix make it look tiny. Hoping the experience is worthwhile.
