Cool, that's it. The Sedona collection from Sunny Designs. Some of the hardest wood I've ever tried to put screws into. (surge protector attached to back)
I also bought the bench from the breakfast nook set, spread the legs out and made it into a riser over my center for the tv.

Beast is alive...

http://www.powersoundaudio.com/products/v3600i

Quote:
1)Dual 18" drivers, 1700 watts of ICE power, large slot port. The V3600 looks much like the XV30Fse except a little larger( 20"x 24"x45" W x D x H) with the slot port on the bottom(front) of the enclosure. Large traditional (removable) grill over the entire front baffle. The amp will have our typical controls---Gain, Crossover, Time delay and Room Size. Although if you intend to put the V3600 in a "small room"...we may need to talk..wink emoticon
2)The FR is similar to the V1500. (see graph at bottom)
3)Output is almost double the XV30Fse from 15hz to 125hz. The differences range from 4.9dB to 6.7dB. Average from 16-100hz is 5.8dB more for the V3600. You can see the XV30Fse output here. http://www.data-bass.com/data?page=system&id=106
V3600 output. (CEA-2010 averaged)
16-25hz ~ 122.3
31-50hz ~ 132.3
63-100hz ~ 136.0
16-100hz ~ 131.8
4)Standard Black Satin finish. No plans for wood veneer options at this time. Traditional style grills only.
5) PRICING (including shipping).
PRE-ORDER $1799 single, $3499 duals
PRE-ORDER pricing will last until 6-15.

You guys are KILLING ME with your RF7 photos... I was so happy with the 82/62/62 upgrades I did over the winter! (Though I don't think I could have gotten the 7/64 for even remotely close to what I did the other things--between sales and some credits, I think my 82s were like $150 net.)

It has basically the same footprint as the VTF 15" (just a little wider), but is about 18" taller due to the stacked subs. Won't be a problem to fit it where one of the VTF's is now.

He recommends not even to buy it for rooms on a smaller scale, so it has me real interested as to what it can do. It's going to give SVS a real problem with the PB13u and that price range.

I guess when its at reg price itll be $300 more $2299, but the output is much higher per the CEA 2010 numbers. I gotta think SVS is due for something up their sleeve too. It's been awhile. Hsu just came out with the VTF15MK2 with more output, so its fun to see these three upping the game.

I would like to see svs do something like the jl gotham. Twin 13 ultras would be cool.

Thanks again to you...they came sooner than later. But we got some unexpected out of town company this evening... so I was only able to move the 7/64's downstairs and unbox them an hour ago. Because of family obligations over the next few days, I'll probably not be able to set them up properly until early next week. These are a couple of my early/initial impressions.

Shipping: From Nevada to Michigan via UPS Freight took six days...exactly as committed by Eric @ Sound Distributors. All three items were shrink wrapped on a pallet with all boxes arriving undamaged.

Condition: As these were all open box/scratch & dent, I wasn't sure what to expect. The packaging displayed obvious signs that these were open box. However, after extremely close inspection, I was unable to detect any scratches or dents...no cosmetic damage. Whew!

Finish: From the onset, my first choice was walnut...they were simply gorgeous in my eyes....but I could not justify the value differential. After opening the boxes and seeing the cherry in person, I can only iterate and agree with everyone's assessment: They are a bit darker than they appear on the websites and are gorgeous in their own right. I'm pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied.

It's been a long and exciting day for me. I'll post further impressions in the next few days after setting up and calibrating.
