Design concept isn't bad (though obviously *stolen*), but even if it does sound good, it would have the stigma of a Yugo super car or McDonald's prime rib.

my sentiments exactly, what makes them the best speakers ever made? They are big? They have a complicated looking driver array? They are heavy? Have you ever heard them? Do they sound good? I could post pictures of big heavy speakers all day, but the best speakers ever made? Nobady can make claim about any single speaker. Especially one made by, umm, technics.
