Yep, I got 'em. You're right, it is confusing. They're sold in pairs, so if you need two just buy one set. They're cheap, look fine (for the price), they're solid enough, easy to put together. My Ascend CBM-170SEs are quite happy on them. The reviews on the page list various complaints but they're being utterly nit-picky for $30 a pair!! You usuallly can't touch a decent set of stands for less than $100 a pair.

How big is the platform for the speakers? I bought the insignias, and want to make sure that they fit.

Top plate is 5" x 5". You will be fine with these stands.

I couldnt use the spikes that came with them, on my carpet (lousy spikes).

They were shaky with my extra large bookshelf speakers (RS-150). but I used em anyway.

In 2 years, one stand has toppled once, and it did damage the speaker slightly.

I still use em, but just beware, that they can be tippy if they are one carpet. These stands are for either light speakers, or owners that are willing to accept a bit of risk ....

Rockets are generally heavier than most other speakers. These stands are rated for 15lbs and Insignias are about 13lbs.
