Not sure why there aren't any comments in this thread but I just ordered my CC690 V.5 from my Paradigm dealer this weekend.

I'm looking forward to seeing how it works since I have been longing for a center channel that is clear and crisp for movies. Stay tuned.

Lots of comments in this sub-forum re. the CC-690. I've had mine for almost three years and I still love it. Best CC speaker I've owned, and one of the best HT purchases I've made. cool.gif

I love my 690v5. I never have to rewind a movie again to hear what was said, even in loud action scenes.
