I've been looking online, couldn't find one article comparing the differences. Mirages website only states the woofer/tweeter are better. I have however heard the nanosats and omnisatsv2 at bestbuy and they sounded great. I ended up getting the nanos for 83.00/pc online...same place had the prestiges for 117/pc.

best of luck

I listened to them both last week (along with DEf Tech 600 AND 800) AT Magnolia in a BB. The prestiges have a smoother sounding high end (it's at least as extended, just sounded more natural to me). They also really look much nicer, if that's of any importance. The sub connector wasn't working, so all of the listening was just the satellitesoh, another difference, the Prestiges use an oblong Center, rather than an identical Satelliteand I was surprised that the Nanosats extended as nicely into the lower midrange as they did.

Yet I been looking at these speakers online and have not found any good deals. Can you post the link where you got the speakers?

Thanks

Crutchfield has the complete 5 satellite + 8" sub system for $599.
That works out to less than $80 per satellite once you add the cost of the sub.

But that price is only for the standard Nanosats, if you go with the Prestige you have to buy them separate, so 5 satellite is $874 plus $349 for sub.... $1,225 total.

I was listening to them the other day at magnolia and the V2 CC for the center sounded a lot better than using 5 Nanosats Prestiges... but that brings the total to $1,500

Wait till they go on sale. At the rate Mirage and others are blowing their products out I wouldn't be surprised if you could get them for 40-50% off soon.

b4, I doubt the mirage are ever 50 unless they reduce THEIR price because 50 off is less than what dealers pay.
