Does anyone know about, or have experience with one of these amps? I'm having a heck of a time finding out any information on them.

Thanks

Craig

Just a quick bump - does anyone know how the Sonata compares to the Reference amps?

I'm asking because there are several auctions on Ebay ending today...

The Sonata M200 mono amps were great amps, I owned a pair about fifteen years ago, I believe they made them from '88 to '92. The Reference are much newer and are still fully supported by B&K, therefore the Reference may be the safe bet. The M200s claimed 150A of current and the ability to drive a .75 Ohm load. I have a B&K model 2140 amp and it sounds great, the Reference amp that replaced is was 125 wpc and is a steal on the used market.
