And I also have had their amps before. Even their MPS-2 which was pretty good until I got a B&k 200.7. Then I went Parasound (A51) which has been my favorite ever since. Those that say an Amp is an Amp have never compared.
sound the same....but there is no substitute for quality, in both circuit design and parts. Notice I used the word 'may' not 'will'
Even if two amps were the same design, but one had lower quality parts, there would be a difference.
My now 10 year old HCA2205A is comparable to my HK Citation 19, which I also still use.
