I could use help trying to figure out distortion I hear form my surround system.

The system 5.1;
Integra DCH 80.1 (using balanced connectors)
Proceed HPA2 (FL, FR)
Proceed HPA3 (C, rear lft & rt)
B&W FPM 6 (LCR) using 14 gauge speaker wire
B&W FPM 2 (rear surround) using 14 gauge speaker wire
PS3
HTPC
Panasonc 58" plasma
2 sub's (1000w each)
All interconnects from BlueJeanscable.com
6 different circuits with amps on one by themselves.
Sub's on their own circuit
TV on its own circuit.
Moved all electronics to one side of the system.

When I first turn on the system, there is distortion coming through the speakers. When I touch the Integra it almost goes away, when I walk a few feet away it gets better, but when I stand close to it, it becomes worse. I can do whatever I what to the power amps and nothing changes.

I chased a ground loop issue and bought Jensen ISO-MAX transformers for my cable box and sub's which eliminated the ground loop.

Any ideas on how to remedy.
