The Onkyo is $200 cheaper (after paying Denon $50 for iPhone control firmware upgrade).

Except for the $200, is there any other reason why I should not buy the Denon?

Thanks.

There is no other reason to prefer 708 over 3311 other than price. Denon is all around better unit.

The Denon 3311 offers the more advanced version of Audyssey MultEQ XT (vice MultEQ on Onkyo) as well as 3 years of warranty (vice only 2 on Onkyo). Although you may want to consider the ATV 2 ($99) vice the Airplay upgrade ($49) as ATV 2 provides video streaming whereas the Airplay upgrade does not. Airplay upgrade also requires it to be played in all zones, ie. you can't use Airplay in Zone 2 while listening to other audio in the main zone ... whereas using ATV 2 will allow for this.
