Hello all. The Ethernet port on my AVR went bad. I tried diff cables, direct connection to my router, diff ports on my ethernet hub etc. Nothing. It's done! My Xbox360, AppleTV and TV all work off of the connection just fine.

After FINALLY setting up all my gear and programming this bad boy I'd hate to have to ship it back to Amazon. I was using the networking capabilities to play Pandora but my TV (Vizio XVT3d474sv) does that pretty well already.

Anything you can think of I might miss out on if I just kept it? I can update the firmware via the USB so that shouldn't be a prob. Thanks!

Don't underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

Dang, if it's under warranty... I'd have a hard time not doing something about it.

Probably just a bad internal connection from the port itself to the main PCB too.
