I bought a Yamaha RX-V567 about 6 months ago with an Ipod dock, but haven't really used the Ipod dock until this week. Anyway, all my other components (PS3, Xbox 360, TV) recognize my sub but the Ipod doesn't. If I run the test sound, it does generate sound, so I know the sub isn't the problem.

I can't seem to find anything on how to make the Ipod Dock recognize the sub and play through it. Anyone ever see this or have anything I can try? It's driving me crazy.

Are your front main speakers set to FULL RANGE or with an 80hz crossover as they should be otherwise the low bass will not pass to the sub as the dedicated 0.1 channel in DD/DTS 5.1 audio will.
