I want to get something that will handle my dual subs. So I have been looking at audy xt32 in my next receiver. Denon, onkyo, or marantz? Would like to stay below $1500 street prices. We use apple products so user apps are important.

Thanks

The Integra DTR 50.3 and 40.3 might be an option for you. Very nice receivers, love my DTR 40.2! Here's the link to their web site.

My vote easily goes for the Denon 4311. Audyssey XT32 and still under your budget.

Denon is my first choice. I've had Yamaha's for the last ten years. Upgrade every 3 or 4 years. My theater consist of triad bronze all around for a 6.2 system. I have 2 triad 10's in wall to go with my 2 dual 13's elemental designs DIY. So I was looking for a receiver that can eq everything. Zone two is also important cause we have a pool and it controls our outdoor system.

Your Yami 3900 can handle dual subs.Just use a "Y" splitter at the sub output and your set to go.I have been doing this with my two PS1200 paradigm subs for awhile now.No Issues.

I have no heat issues with my Integra. Excellent receiver. Check out Blu ray.com in their receiver section. Nice discussion on the new Integra line there.

So I'm down to integra 70.3 or Denon 4311. I can get the 70.3 for $400 more than the 4311. Is it worth the difference in price? I'm afraid I'll buy the 4311 and a new model will come out two months later. I'm going off the price of the Denon at electronics expo call in price.

There is supposed to be the new Denon 4313 coming out this year but doesn't mean the 4311 will be obsolete. Also the 4313 is supposed to be a quite a bit more expensive from what I've heard. The Integra probably has NeoX which the Denon does not. The Denon is capable of doing 11 channels if you add an amp while the Integra cannot if that makes a difference. I'm not sure how big your room would have to be to need 11 channels but I can't see most people needing it. I think the 4311 will drop some more once the 4313 comes out so I'm going to wait and see what happens. The EE price is tempting though.

Review for that AVR below. My choice would be the 4311 at this time. Just an excellent AVR especially for the price it's selling for right now.

Have 2000 in my living room and love it. Just wanted to try something different for my theater. I bought the integra70.3. I have had Yamaha for 20 years. Integra is nice and sounds a lot better than my 3800, but probably has to do with adyssy xt32.
