Hi

I want to buy my home theatre system but I am confused between above two AV Receivers. Have seen Onkyo TX-SR578 and Pioneer VSX-920-K amps.

Got some feedback from people that there is a problem with onkyo systems it terms of its durability. I heard that it gets heated up quickly, heaksink issue.

Would anyone please help me.

I have an older Onkyo 705 and I have a Pioneer 1018. Prefer the 1018, as the 705 does heat up rather quickly and stays hot. The Pioneer barely gets warm to the touch.
go Pioneer.
