Hi Guys,
I am considering a new pre pro for my ht. I currently own a Rotel 1098 and was thinking of upgrading to a Halcro SSP220 is this a current product? Is this company still in business?

They went out of Business a few months ago. Many of the owners in the high end forum fel the sound was great... when it worked, but overall a buggy machine.

This is what I read in the forum as I have never owned or heard a Halcro.
You should probably look at the Anthem D2v, Theta CBIII HD, ADA Mach IV, etc.

I suggest you go to the 20K plus forum and aask your questions there. Many former owners are in the high end section and I do not usually see them in this forum.

Just remember if something breaks or you have issues there is no way to get it fixed anymore, at least from the factory.
