Can someone point me in the right direction for a budget receiver that has both of these capabilities? Audyssey MultiEQ + Up Conversion

In regards to the Denon AVRs, the current 1913 is the lowest model that can do both, while last year's 1912 and the previous year's 1611 or 591 are the lowest models that can do both.

The 1912 and 1913 both have 6 HDMI inputs as does the 891.
