Hi I'm in the market for a receiver and was wondering what is better receiver; Denon 1612 or a Comparable Pioneer Receiver. Should I go with the Denon 1612 or the Pioneer? Both are same price. Please help me out, thank you.

If you have a subwoofer in your setup, the Denon can EQ the subwoofer while the Pioneer cannot otherwise, choose the one that offers the features/inputs that you want.

"JD" - Call 585-645-1006 or email for AVR selection and pricing discussion 8am - 8pm EST daily (incl Sat/Sun)
AV Science - Dealer for Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, Onkyo, Def Tech, Atl Tech, SVS, Oppo

Think you have a defective AVR? Owner's manual - Factory reset 4-5 times in a row.
