Hi there!

I've owned a HK AVR360 for almost a couple of years and with no complaints so far.
Meanwhile on thursday I've got a new digital cable service and got a problem....

When I connect the DVR/ PVR (thomson dci-804) directly to the TV everything is fine, but when I do it to the receiver I have no picture or sound, only a black screen that ocasionally flashes blue.

I've tryed changing the HDMI cable, I've tryed changing the HDMI port on the HK, but got all the same results....

Since everything else works perfect with the HK, do you think it's a PVR issue or some kind of incompatibility with the HK Vs the PVR?

Many thanks for your help!!

Check your video processing/scaling settings on the new box and the HK. Sure sounds like something is amiss.

Have all that you want ... just want what you have.
