I am not getting a picture on my TV. I changed the HDMI cable out and reset the processor.

Advice appreciated.

What video source are you trying to pass through? How is it connected?

ATT box and blu ray. Neither work. I am not even getting the receiver display on my TV.

Are you powering on the TV first, then the AVR, then the video source? Have you tried connecting each source to every HDMI input on the AVR to see if one works better than the current one? Do you have the correct HDMI input on the TV selected?

Yes to all. And even disconnected all cables and power for 15 munites per your trouble shooting guide.

try a different HDMI on the tv.
then bypass the denon and go directly from bd to tv to see if it is the denon or the tv.

What's the length of the HDMI cable from the AVR to the TV? Try setting the resolution of the BDP to 720p. If still no joy, you're likely looking at exchanging the unit.

Then reset the microprocessor (p. 129 OM) and give a network reset a try as well (see post #5 in the XX12 Owner's thread linked in my sig).
