I wish Emotiva still made their UPA-5. Anyone know of any decent amplifiers in this power range? Thanks!

I would go with Outlaw Audio too. I currently have three Emo amps in use, a UPA-5, a UPA-2, and a XPA-3 and they perform perfectly. I think Outlaw Audio might have better build quality not that there is anything wrong with Emotiva.

Yes I know. Outlaw is an internet direct company while ATI branded amps are sold through dealers.

Audio Design Associates is where I would spend my cash. For your needs, I would say the PTM 6150 is the amp to get the job done (and then some). ATI offers great performance for a little less cabbage. Emotiva? I could find better ways to waste money.

Go with ATI or Outlaw. Just got an ATI 300w x 7, sounds incredible. Only limited by the power coming out of the wall (2400 watts).
