I own a Denon AVR 2309 which does not support HDMI 1.4 / 3D passthrough. My HTPC is sending out HDMI 1.4 throught my NVIDIA card. Where can I find a simple reliable splitter device or something like that so I can send my 3D video to my 3D Projector (JVC X70) and lossless DTS-MA / True-HD audio to my AVR?

A splitter won't work, rather connect the HDMI to the PJ for video and optical from the NVIDIA to the AVR for audio.

Another option is to get a DVI to HDMI adapter. One HDMI cable to projector directly and another to your AVR. You should be able to get High Def audio bitstream to receiver. The only issue you might face is audio and video out of sync but can be fix if your receiver support audio delay.
