MC452. Powerful, stable with 2 ohm loads, drop dead sexy aesthetics. Love the integrated handles and VU meters.

Just purchased a totally refurbished Mac 7106 .
Now off to find a very good pre amp at not too $$$.
Speakers are KEF's 203/2 Reference's, Kef's LS 50's for surround using Bryston 4bsst2 amp.
Center channel amp on order is the KEF Reference 204c. Oppo 95 for Cd's/DVD's
Just using a Yamaha A3010 as pre amp until I get recommendations on appropriate pre amp from this forum.

Any Help???

Thanks

Just purchased a MC303 to power my B&W Nautilus LCR's. I've always wanted an McIntosh amp so I am looking forward to seeing how the new addition to the system sounds. I should receive it in the New Year. Maybe someday all my speakers will be powered by McIntosh amps!

Happy Holidays to all of you.

Cal, remember that at least on Mac amp, don't expect too much until you reach at least 250 hours of break-in. When I bought my MC601s, it sounded good right off the box, But, when it reach 200 to 250 hours I started to notice the change in the sounds. It's getting sweeter, smoother, clearer, music is more live like sound. Also, having a good interconnect helps too. I know the hardest part here is waiting, please let us know your first impression when you hook them up.
