If you have any problems go right to Denon support. If you don't like what the first person tells you, hang up and call back. I got hugely different levels of service from two different operator/techs. The first person I talked to was a major jerk, the second one passed me on to a supervisor immediately when he realized my problem was major and needed someone with more knowledge or power to solve it than he had.
I had 3 refurb Denon 3312s sent to me and all three were defective in different ways. Denon eventually made me happy, but don't assume that just resetting the microprocessor will fix everything.
