Hello,

I just bought the new RX-A2020 receiver from Yamaha. I don`t have any speakers yet and I don't realy know what speakers brand is "reliable" for both stereo and cinema experience.
The room size is 1615 inch x 1600 inch.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

First your room is over 17,000 square feet eek.gif

I'm sure you misquoted the dimensions.

Second you gave no budget which leaves everything from $100/pair to over $100,000/pair.

Klipsch RF-62II, RC-500, RS-400, SVS PC12+,
Def Tech SC8000
Harman Kardon AVR 1600
PS3, Apple TV, Sharp 70" Qattron

OK, in feet is 13.44 x 12.95 and 174.04 square feet.
Budget is maximum 3000 USD.
What I need:
- 2 standfloor speakers
- 2 read bookshelf speakers
- 1 center speeker
- 1 subwoofer, I guess no more than 200W.

Thanks.

Hi .. Just bough last month the RX-A 2020, and im using for speakers the BW, MT 60 D.
Sounds great on the Yamaha.. bestbuy has the M1's just go there and listen to speakers that will give you the sound you re looking for.
Sound is like the rest.. it can be very personnal.
good luck!
