I just got a new APC J25B to replace my APC HT1000. I have a Denon AVR-3310 (among other things) connected to it. The AVR worked fine with the HT 1000, but does not work with the J25B. When I turn on the AVR (bring it out of standby) the lights come on, but I get no picture or sound. If I toggle the power (Put it back on standby and then bring it out again) I get picture and sound. If I then change inputs without powering it off I get no picture or sound. Again, if I toggle it in and out of standby it'll work. I tried plugging it into both the battery-protected outlets and surge-only outlets. Same result. When I plug the AVR directly into the wall, bypassing the J25B, it works just fine. I've tried all the outlets on the back of the J25B with the same result.

I have an email into APC, but was just wondering if anybody had seen anything like this?

Just going through the menu it says it's getting 121V, and has a load of 48%.

The one thing I haven't tried is plugging in just the AVR.

Thanks in advance.
