Hi all,
will a Denon AVR-1513 bypass the HDMI signal to the TV without being turned on if I run a HDMI cable from the cable box out, into the Denon cable in, then out through the HDMI monitor, or does the Denon need to be turned on to do this?
Thanks!

Yes, a change from previous years where this feature was not offered on the lowest Denon model. Note however, that HDMI Control is not featured nor is the ARC capability. Review post #2 of the Denon AVR-XX13 Owner's thread linked in my sig for more info on the various models.
