Check out the new Marantz 8801 pre/pro. There is a (lengthy) thread that you can read through for more information. This is the unit I am considering to replace my Lexicon DC-1.

Welcome to the forum!

David Lynch Current Equipment: Marantz AV8801, Proceed HPA3, Parasound HCA-1206, Aerial Acoustics LR5's (LCR), Aerial Acoustics LR3's (sides), RBH in-walls (rears), Seaton Submersive, Marantz VP15s1, 106" Carada BW screen, Oppo BDP-103.

Thanks very much for the advice. Will probably go for this unit and now wondering about ungrading Blue Ray to Oppo 105 but don't want to duplicate audi & vidio processing. Any thoughts?
