Hey all....looking for a waterproof amp if this exists - something i can plug my ipod into when I'm present, with a volume button and jacks for good outdoor speakers, and with a power cable....it would get hidden near the top of a boathouse roof. It could potentially get splashed or rained on slightly at most.

Thanks for any ideas!

Precisely. Thank you, I could not find anything similar other than something with wires that hooks right up to a battery. Appears that this has an actual DC cable with it as well...

Sadly the reviews on that are pretty horrible, but at least it's a start. Maybe look into marine audio equipment? I searched on "Weather resistant amplifier" to find this item.
