Hello, please i don't know how to use this technology. How should I setup properly to play tv frequencies and dvd/cd also from apple tv netflx)

I am using 2 large fronts a center and a sub.

So many setting in the manual and no one in the store helps me.

Had you gone one model higher (ie. 591), you could have used the Audyssey MultEQ speaker/sub auto EQ program, but as it stands, the 391 has no such feature. So simply connect your sources to the AVR and select them on the remote.
