I have this for about 2 years, since yesterday, i have trouble getting any voice coming out from receiver. It is connected to PAnasonic projector with Danaon BD player. I try to up grade firm ware but the network option will not turn gray. All speaker connection are good. Internated connection will work for Danon DVD player. I try to play some music from USB flash drive, I can not playe it, either through the receiver or through the DVD player. I do not know what is wrong.

Thanks, every one who can help.

What model receiver are you using? How is the receiver connected to the internet?

Onkyo TXNR5008, it is connected to internate. I can not see it connected on my router aslo. I can see picture connected by HDMI cable but no voice, I tried connecting through just audio cable but it also failed to get any voice.
