Hi

I am trying to setup my speakers using Audessey setup on my Denon 1609. I start the procedure, while it checks the first speaker (left front) it disconnects the receiver. It just shuts it down. Why? I am trying to set the speakers up after moving and I added the subwoofer, which I want the receiver to detect (it's not working).

Can anybody help me?

Thanx

Make sure the speaker wiring is correct for each post (ie. no stray stands touching another post) and if yes, the try resetting the microprocessor (p. 44 OM).

Great. Now back to the Audyssey setup. smile.gif

Be sure to spend some time reviewing the Audyssey 101/FAQ Guide linked in my sig to get the best use out of Audyssey (to include using either a tripod or mic boom stand to support the mic).
