What is the best Listening Mode for watching TV? I have a Marantz SR7007 & 7.2 surround speaker system. My TV is a Panasonic Viera 65VT50 and I use Comcast Cable with a TiVo.

The best a cable box can output is only DD 5.1 so "Dolby Digital" would be the best surround mode.

Also note there is a dedicated thread for Marantz SR7007 Owner's .....

I'd leave it on DPLII., No all TV comes through in 5.1 and DPLII and DPLIIx work wth both 5.1 and 2 channel sources just fine.
