I have said, and will continue to say, that you do not want to find yourself in the unfortunate 1%, like I did. I am truly happy for everyone that had a problem free experience, but not everyone has.
Positive comments like the above, and hundreds just like it, are the only reason I ever gave them my business. I wish I didn't have a bad experience... I mean that 100%. But I did, and if I'd seen negative responses, I may have chosen differently. I truly wish I had. 100%. And I will be the first to say that 'crap happens', and I don't blame them for that. They had no way of knowing that the contents of the unopened box they sent me contained ... expensive doorstops. twice.
I will hold them accountable for how they dealt with the situation, which, In My Opinion, was unprofessional , and there is just no excuse for that. That is why they'll never get another dime from me. period. And I cannot be the one to not complain, and stay quiet after they did wrong by me... again IMO !!
I'll never forget that they did me wrong. And I'll let anyone else know that they did me wrong, as well. I don't feel that I'm in the least bit wrong by letting other people know that I had a lousy experience. And I honestly, truly hope that noone else here has to deal with what I did, but that doesn't diminish the bad experience that I did have.

... I can only hope that they've learned from their mistakes, and taken corrective measures to keep that from happening again, but I never did get an apology, or even an acknowledgement that I was wronged. And that burns my ass more than a 5 foot tall flame. So I will continue to let others know. Often and loudly.
