Was looking to get one of these for my dedicated home theater room and was wondering if the voltage regulation of the 5400 was worth the extra $200 price jump.
Also, I've read from another post about a slight hum noise coming from the 5400 which someone thought might of had to do with the voltage regulation.
Thanks for your time. smile.gif

Don't know if you are set on panamax. I have a belkin pureav pf60 (from buy.com) and very happy with it. Costs under $200. Sometimes in the $160 range.
